Welcome to The Mindful Way!

The Mindful Way provides meditation and mindfulness programs for stress management throughout the Chicago area.  Currently two programs are available - Insight Meditation & Mindful Living and Continuting the Mindful Life.


Insight Meditation & Mindful Living

The Insight Meditation & Mindful Living program consists of 8 weekly classes of 2 hours each.  In this program, the student is not only introduced to traditional meditation and mindfulness techniques but also taught how to apply and integrate those techniques into their daily life.  The student begins to learn how to replace unconscious, stress-filled living with a relaxed, open awareness and a renewed appreciation for life.


Continuing the Mindful Life

The Continuing the Mindful Life program builds on the skills learned in the Insight Meditation & Mindful Living program.  This program consists of monthly classes of 1˝ hour each which provide continuing support for the student in strenghening their meditation and mindfulness skills and in applying those skills to real life situations.
